Any eligible One-Time purchases made with your subscription sign up order will be delivered with your first subscription order delivery. After that your subsequent subscription orders will only contain the items in your ongoing subscription delivery. 

If you need anything before your subscription delivery you can place an order and set up a separate individual orders or go by the Farm Stand for eligible Farm Stand items.
