  • Can cash paying only customers sign up for this subscription box service?
    This feature is currently unavailable
  • When are deliveries made?
    Deliveries are made on Friday's to customers front door step or their requested designated drop off location.
  • Can I change my delivery date to another day?
    We're sorry. Deliveries are scheduled on Fridays only with the exception if we're closed due to major holidays.
  • What are the delivery times on Friday?
    Deliveries are made between 6am - 6pm Based on our schedule and route, except on national holidays at which time we will be closed. In these instances, we will deliver according to the Delivery Holiday Chart.
  • Are there any delivery fees and minimum purchase amounts?
    Min Purchase of $4-$10.00 is $1.00 Delivery Fee
    Purchases over $10.00 is FREE
  • When do I have to make my order/modification to order/payment to get my delivery?
    Orders will be accepted for the upcoming delivery as long as they are requested and able to be processed by end of business Wednesdays. All completed orders are processed Thursdays for Friday Delivery. Any changes after the cutoff time will apply to the following scheduled delivery date.

  • How do I modify my online subscription?
    If you need to change your subscription for your future deliveries, log into your account to view your subscription order to make changes.
  • Can I pause my subscription?
    You can cancel/Pause your subscription at any time and start back up when you are ready.
  • What are the subscription options?
    Subscriptions are either weekly, bi-weekly or monthly based on eligible products.
  • I want to get a product on a different subscription option than what is showing subscribed, can I?
    Subscription options must be modified in your account. Locate the subscription link to access your subscription account. 
    To change your shipping reoccurrence, contact customer service for assistance.
  • What happens if items are out of stock for my subscription order?
    We will notify you if any items are out of stock before your delivery. Please have contact information on form.
    If your total goes below the minimum purchase for Free delivery fee or minimum purchase we will still honor the prior agreement of delivery.
  • I tried to place a subscription order but it is saying, "No shipping options for this location, package weight and total" at check out. What does this mean?
    We apologize your address is not in our delivery location at this time. We hope to expand our services to more of our community soon. Delivery route was carefully selected to meet our abilities at this time. We will notify customers when we expand to more of our community. View Map Locations.
  • My neighbor gets delivery but I do not, can I be added?
    At this time we are limited to the route we have selected. We are unable to add anymore locations at this time. You are welcome to send us your delivery location for consideration on our future delivery expansion routes.
  • My package was dropped off and I have a damaged product or other concerns, what should I do?
    We care about keeping our customers happy. Please refer to our return policy for our available options.
  • What if delivery falls on national holidays?
    Deliveries will be made early to keep your stock on hand and avoid running low. Cut off times for payments on these days will be 2 days prior to delivery date. For example if delivery date is on a Wednesday, then cut off time for payments would be end of day Monday that week.
